Live Producer 0.299: quieter Settings

The Settings pages lose their paragraphs of explanation; a help button opens the page that explains each section.

The Settings pages no longer carry paragraphs under their sections. Where one stood there is a round ? button: click it to open the page of this documentation that explains the section. What stays is one short line where it matters: where something is kept, the upload a stream needs, the space a recording takes, and what happens before it happens. See Help in the app.

Video Calls

The steps for each call app moved from Settings › Video Calls to Set up a call show; the ? in the This Show section opens it.
