Plans and billing

What a plan will include: seats, shows, storage and Spelvin's weekly actions.

A plan sets what a company can do on the Live Producer Platform. Plans and billing are planned: the details on this page may change before they are built.

The Billing card on the Account page, with the company’s plan and the seats in use

The Billing card on the Account page shows the company’s Plan and the Seats in use. Spelvin’s actions are already counted against a weekly allowance; see Actions and limits.

A seat is a member with the role admin or showrunner. Contributors never take a seat and are free on every plan. See Companies, people and roles.

A plan limits the web platform: preparing a show together and keeping it in sync with the Studio. The plan sets, among others:

  • the number of seats and of active shows;
  • the storage for resources;
  • Spelvin’s actions a week;
  • capabilities such as the shared Resources library, the contributor view and live status.

The Studio’s own work is never limited: sources, layers and transitions; the audio mixer, recording and captions; the prompter, the phone remote and the Stream Deck; reading a script with the built-in rules. There is no watermark on the program.

A limit only stops the next new thing, and says how to get past it. Downloads, pulls, the Studio’s sync and everything in the Studio keep working when a company is over a limit.
